Since a STOPRISE was installed in a small house with a ground surface area of 35 m2 and very damp, it was found after six months that the smell of damp was no longer so strong and the overall atmosphere was better. At the end of an 18 month period I could not help seeing that the house had dried out completely and that the StopRise system is totally satisfactory.

Following the installation of a Stop Rise device in September 2010, I wanted to share with you how very satisfied I am with the result. Indeed, although we are in a damp area (close to some ponds and on the edge of the forest), since we installed Stop Rise we have seen our walls drying out completely and no new problems have occurred up to the present time.

Since we moved into our new premises, from the very start we had problems consisting of rising damp in the walls.

After six years of hell spent repeatedly repainting the walls in order to hide the damages, a customer who had been satisfied by the services of Var Assèchement suggested that I should contact that firm. STOP RISE really is a mysterious box. I was very sceptical about the origin of the damp at the bottom of two of my walls. The person representing VAR ASSECHEMENT showed by means of a technical test that it was rising damp and that my problem could be solved. I must say that I hesitated to admit it but I ended up by buying THE BOX! Within six months a great improvement had occurred and two months after that I was able to coat the walls and repaint them. 16 months have now passed and everything is clean and tidy!

I now have no more worries and my guests tell me that they sleep better here than at their own homes!!
